The purpose of City Walk Talk is to enable civil conversation and the sharing of information by residents and owners of City Walk Condominiums in Saint Paul, MN.

Users agree not to post:

• Knowingly false claims about other residents.
• Abusive or hateful speech.
• Harassing or threatening speech.
• Other people’s contact information without their consent.
• Other people’s private information without their consent.
• Anything that would violate the law.
• R-rated content.
• Spam or off-topic content.

City Walk information or discussions that should not be made public should only be posted to one of the Owners-only forums.

The City Walk Talk staff reserves the right to deal with violations by:

• Removing all or part of a post.
• Temporarily or permanently banning a user account.
• Employing automated means for detecting them.
